General Terms and Conditions of Order / Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery


General
Our general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and services. Once you have finally sent an order, it is binding.

Delivery area
Deliveries only within Switzerland.

Delivery time
Deliveries are usually made within 1-4 working days. If we do not have an item in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Minimum order value
There is no minimum order value.

Shipping costs
We will ship your items postage free from an order value of CHF 80.--. The shipping costs for orders under CHF 80 are CHF 9. For items such as hair ties or lip pencils that can be sent in padded envelopes, you pay only CHF 2.-- shipping costs. We do not charge postage for the dispatch of gift vouchers.

Shipping partner
Deliveries are sent climate neutrally by Swiss Post with Post Pac Priority.

Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT.

Terms of payment
Payment can be made with Paypal, Postfinance and Postcard, Credit Card and Twint.

Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Pretty & Pure GmbH until full payment has been received.

Complaints
Complaints due to defects or due to incomplete or incorrect delivery must be made to mail@prettyandpure.ch immediately, at the latest however within 6 days of receipt of the goods.


Withdrawal
Pretty & Pure GmbH is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract if a supplier cannot deliver. The Pretty & Pure GmbH will inform the customer immediately about the unavailability of the ordered goods and will refund the payments already made by the customer or send partial deliveries. In the event of a severe delay in delivery, the customer has the right to cancel the order if he does not wish to switch to an alternative product.


Right of withdrawal/right of return
The right of return only applies if the original packaging has not been opened. The right of return begins with the receipt of the goods by the customer. The customer shall also bear the costs of the return shipment. If you have returned the goods in due time, the amount will be credited or refunded to you. Cancellations/postponements
All appointments for beauty services and workshops confirmed by Pretty & Pure GmbH are binding. Appointment cancellations/postponements must be made at least 48 hours in advance. We kindly ask you to inform us of cancellations/postponements at short notice by telephone/answering machine or by e-mail. For cancellations/postponements made up to 24 hours in advance, 50% of the booking will be charged. For no-shows or cancellations/postponements made less than 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the cost.

Privacy policy
The protection of your privacy is very important to us.  We comply with the legal regulations on data protection. You have the possibility at any time to request information about the data stored about you (scope, purpose) or to demand its deletion. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.


Applicable law, place of jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions and the use of the online shop are subject to Swiss law to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
