General Terms of Sale / Standard Sales and Delivery Terms

  1. General
    All deliveries and services are subject to our terms and conditions. Once you have placed an order, it becomes binding.

  2. Delivery Area
    Deliveries are made only within Switzerland.

  3. Delivery Time
    Deliveries are usually made within 1-4 working days. If an item is not available in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. Our shipping days are Monday and Thursday.

  4. Minimum Order Value
    There is no minimum order value.

  5. Shipping Costs
    We offer free shipping for orders with a value of CHF 80 or more. For orders under CHF 80, the shipping cost is CHF 9. For small, flat items such as hair elastics or lip pencils, which can be shipped in padded envelopes, the shipping cost is CHF 2. No shipping charges are applied for gift card shipments.

  6. Shipping Partner
    Deliveries are made in a climate-neutral way via Swiss Post using PostPac Priority.

  7. Prices
    All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF), including the applicable VAT.

  8. Payment Terms
    Payment can be made via PayPal, PostFinance, PostCard, credit card, Twint, or prepayment.

  9. Retention of Title
    The goods remain the property of Pretty & Pure GmbH until full payment has been made.

  10. Returns and Exchanges

10.1. Cosmetics and Wellness Products
For hygiene reasons, cosmetics, skincare products, and similar items cannot be returned or exchanged, even if they are unopened and in their original packaging. We ask for your understanding that these products cannot be accepted for return due to health protection concerns.

10.2. Other Items (e.g., Scented Candles, Accessories)
Items such as scented candles, accessories, and other non-hygiene-related products can be returned within 14 days after receipt of the goods. The return must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

10.3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within the 14-day period via our contact form or by email. Once we have received the return and checked the condition of the item, the refund will be processed.

  1. Complaints
    Complaints regarding defects, incomplete, or incorrect deliveries must be reported to us immediately, but no later than 6 days after receipt of the goods. Please send your complaints to mail@prettyandpure.ch. After the deadline, no claims can be made.

  2. Right of Withdrawal
    Pretty & Pure GmbH is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract if a supplier cannot deliver the ordered goods. In such cases, the customer will be informed immediately about the unavailability of the item. Any payments already made will either be fully refunded or the customer will be offered a partial delivery.
    In case of delivery delays, the customer has the right to cancel the order if they do not wish to switch to an alternative product.

  3. Data Protection
    The protection of your privacy is very important to us. We comply with all legal data protection regulations. You have the right to request information about the personal data stored about you (scope, purpose) and to request its deletion. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.

  4. Applicable Law, Jurisdiction
    These General Terms and Conditions and the use of the online shop are governed by Swiss law, excluding the uniform UN Sales Convention. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
