I tint and emphasize the natural shape of your eyebrows. But I can also fill them in more intensely for a more expressive look. I make any areas of irregular hair growth disappear. With the small brush, I bring your hairs into shape with precision and blend in the color flawlessly.
For defined, bold brows: Hold a TAUPE 03 pencil flat and run it along your eyebrows, then blend. Now you can use DARK BROWN 01 to add light, short strokes over the base, then blend it out again with the brush.
